Pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 5-93-4, The Residential Solar Energy Disclosure and Homeowners Bill of Rights Act, all residential solar retailers operating in Rhode Island are now required to maintain an annual registration with the Department of Business Regulation (DBR).
