Recent and Ongoing OER Federal Litigation
In collaboration with the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office, OER is actively participating in, and has previously engaged in, multiple civil actions in federal courts. These civil actions concern, or concerned, allegations regarding:
- the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program;
- the First Stop Work Order and Second Stop Work Order for the Revolution Wind offshore wind project; and
- the termination of the “Solar for All” program established under the Clean Air Act.
