Consumer Protection Disclosure Forms

The Office of Energy Resources is working with stakeholders to implement the Residential Solar Energy Disclosure and Homeowner’s Bill of Rights Act. New forms have been created for the Net Metering, Renewable Energy Growth, and Community Solar programs. The date that the new forms will go into effect is May 19th, 2025.
