Clean Energy Purchasing Mechanisms

OER, in partnership with the Division of Purchases, has developed several Master Price Agreements to expedite Lead by Example projects.

• Master Price Agreement 508 (MPA 508) was developed for turnkey energy efficiency projects. This purchasing mechanism expedites energy efficiency implementation by clearly defining proposal requisition processes and providing access to a pool of prequalified energy services vendors.
• Master Price Agreement 509 (MPA 509) was developed to streamline the process for public entities to install electric vehicles charging stations.
• Master Price Agreement 553 OE (MPA 553) - open enrollment - is to establish a list of qualified firms to provide turnkey solar installation and maintenance services to public sector entities.
